Cancellation policy
The appointment time scheduled is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to our service providers, please allow 24 hours for cancellation. If you are receiving a spa package and no advance notice of cancellation is given, 50% of the value will be charged to your credit card or we will forfeit the gift certificate.

Cell Phones
In order for all of our guests to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, we respectfully request that while on the premises you set your cell phone to vibrate or turn it off.

Children
Children who are either receiving a service or are accompanied by an adult are welcome. Unsupervised children risk injury and Destiny is not responsible for their care.

First time Guests
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for light paperwork and a smooth transition into your relaxing experience.

Deposits
When booking multiple services a 50% deposit may be required.

Medications & Allergies
If you are taking certain medications such as Accutane, Retin-A or Tazorac, please inform your service provider as these medications can cause severe reactions during waxing services. Please check with your doctor for any further questions regarding your medication. Inform your service provider if you have ever had an allergic reaction to waxing or any color service.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, debit cards, personal checks and cash.

Customer Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any service, please let our managers know within 48 hours so we can address the issue in a timely manner.
